This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Fit By Jonetics subscriptions and purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Subscription Refunds
1.1 Apple App Store Subscriptions
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store. Refund requests for subscriptions must be submitted directly to Apple:
- Via Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
- Via iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History → Find your purchase → Report a Problem
- Via Mac: App Store → Account → View Information → Purchase History → Find your purchase → Report a Problem
📱 Important Note
We cannot process refunds directly. All refund requests must go through Apple's refund system. Apple will review your request and make a decision based on their refund policy.
1.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Generally, Apple may provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent the app from functioning properly
- Unauthorized purchases
- Accidental purchases
- Other circumstances at Apple's discretion
1.3 Refund Timeframe
Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase. Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours, and refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
2. Cancellation vs Refund
2.1 Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
2.2 Refund
A refund cancels your subscription and provides a full or partial refund for the current billing period, depending on when the refund is requested.
⚠️ Important
If you receive a refund, your subscription will be cancelled immediately, and you will lose access to premium features right away, even if you had time remaining in your billing period.
3. Free Trial Period
If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial period through your device settings.
4. Family Sharing
Fit By Jonetics subscriptions are not currently eligible for Apple Family Sharing. Each family member must purchase their own subscription if they wish to use premium features.
If Family Sharing becomes available in the future, we will update this policy and notify users.
5. One-Time In-App Purchases
Currently, Fit By Jonetics only offers subscription-based premium features. If we introduce one-time purchases in the future, refunds for those purchases will be handled through Apple's standard refund process.
